Also features concealed shockcord drawstrings at the hood and open bottom hem, cuffs w/adjustable VelcroŽ closure, covered side pockets w/flannel lining and zipper closure, and underarm vents to allow excess body heat to escape. As perfect a rain-protector as you can find! Also available in a ladies style, 5099.
